Get in line for these sumptuous buffets

Six years ago, pastry chef David Jeffries and assistant Brooke Pinnick set up the chocolate buffet, which remains popular today. It includes Chinese five spice decadence cake, petite black forest cakes, chocolate-orange angel food cake with citrus salad, mocha pot de creme, cinnamon spice chocolate profiteroles filled with white chocolate raspberry cream, white chocolate hazelnut gateau and mini chocolate souffles with hot fudge sauce.
