The Black Lips are a self-described 'flower punk' band from Atlanta that has built a fan base that appreciates their energy and style, a rough mixture of blues, rock, doo-wop, country, and punk. The band formed as teenagers in 2000 after guitarist Cole Alexander and bassist Jared Swilley (pictured) left the Renegades, and guitarist Ben Eberbaugh left the Reruns.
