Tattoo Arts Festival 2009
Tattoo artists and vendors from across the country set up booths at the 12th Annual Tattoo Arts Festival at the Crown Plaza Hotel on Powers Ferry Road. There were three hotel ballrooms lined with booths, and the buzzing of needles could be heard down the hallways. ELISSA EUBANKS / eeubanks@ajc.com
