SIN CITY: Scout Willis, the daughter of actors Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was busted by New York police sipping a beer in violation of an open-container law. The 20-year-old, allegedly showed officers a fake ID - a misdemeanor, was taken to a local police station then released with a ticket ordering her to appear in court on July 21. AP
