UGGIE WRITES A BOOK: Uggie, the Jack Russell terrier who appeared in the Oscar-winning "The Artist," has a memoir coming. Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, announced Friday that "Uggie: My Story" will come out in October. AP
