President-elect Barack Obama is reportedly close to offering the surgeon general's job to CNN medical reporter and Atlanta neurosurgeon Dr. Sanjay Gupta. And suddenly it all seems so right: We have a very telegenic president-elect who's not afraid to name a TV personality to a top position. But why stop with Gupta?
