THE INTERVIEW CAN WAIT: Neil Patrick Harris just had to take a congratulatory call after he and Kristin Chenoweth learned they had been nominated for Emmy Awards. The pair, who also hosted the announcements, got nods for best supporting actor in a comedy, him for "How I Met Your Mother" and her for "Pushing Daisies." So who was on the phone?
