YOU'LL NEED A MIGHTY BIG PLUG: California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger checks out the all-electric Tesla Roadster before a news conference announcing that Tesla Motors will build a facility in the state to manufacture the cars. The $109,000 2009 Tesla Roadster zero-emissions vehicle can travel nearly 250 miles on one charge and can go 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds.
