HELLO AGAIN: Conan O'Brien made his debut as host of "The Tonight Show" three nights after Jay Leno's bow. In the he-said-it category, file away this self-deprecating gem, uttered after he introduced announcer Andy Richter and longtime bandleader Max Weinberg: "It's like a Backstreet Boys reunion here -- only not as good."
