Entertainment at a premium price
Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas plans to build 50 theaters that enhance the movie experience with luxuries such as reclining armchair seats, digital projection, a lounge and bar, a concierge and a call button that summons a waiter. Some local movie theaters, such as North Springs Cinema, already have the waiters without the $35 price tag the new theaters will carry.
