2009 NAACP Image Award nominations
Tyler Perry's TBS sitcom 'House of Payne' was nominated for best TV comedy series. It is up against '30 Rock,' 'Everybody Hates Chris,' 'The Game' and 'Ugly Betty.' The show also earned five acting nominations. The Atlanta director's movies accounted for two best actress nominations, as well as best picture nomination for 'The Family That Preys.' TBS
