2009 NAACP Image Award nominations
All three of these actresses in 'The Secret Life of Bees' are up for NAACP Image Awards: Queen Latifah for best actress, and Jennifer Hudson and Alicia Keys for best supporting actress. Hudson and Keys also are up for outstanding female music artist, along with Beyonce. 'Bees' was among best picture nominees, along with Atlantan Tyler Perry's 'The Family That Preys.'
