Atlanta-based rapper Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, was returned to jail Nov. 12, 2009 for violating his probation. Davis pleaded guilty to assault in 2005 hitting a nightclub promoter in the head with a pool cue. It's unclear how he violated his probation. Fulton County Sheriff's Office
