Best weight loss success stories of 2011

Jan Flegle is seen here in November 2011, weighing 150 pounds. She reached her goal weight in July 2011. Total weight loss: 130 pounds. She created her own food plan which consists of low carbohydrates and high protein and fiber. She walks 3-4 miles at a time and schedules her exercise time on her calendar to keep her motivated.
