I wanted a definitive picture showing the DOT and City's efforts to combat the ice during the snow event January 12, 2011. Shooting this low to the ground with showing the ice at night gave this just the right feel. DOT crews were out re-treating the 14th bridge Wednesday after another overnight hard freeze.
