ATLANTA--Portrait of R.J. Morris (left) & eighty-four-year-old Catherine Johnson in front of Johnson's former restaurant, Cat's Corner, and her home behind it on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Southwest Atlanta on Wednesday, Feb 2. The county has her land valued so high and taxed so high that she's in danger of having it all seized. She's on a fixed income, earning about $700 per month from Social Security. Morris is helping her get her taxes lowered on two homes and her shuttered restaurant. Phil Skinner pskinner@ajc.com
