Atlanta--High end luxury mall makes way for the kids. So I'm sent to a ground breaking for a Legoland Discovery Center on a slow news day, who said I had to actually shoot the ground breaking? The photo actually told the store well of the high end Phipps Plaza getting an amusement feature and store that catered to kids, the first of its kind for the mall.
