Levi Johnston is one of the most hated people in America. His former fiance Bristol Palin did not score among the most hated. After all, without Bristol Palin, thrown into the spotlight because of mother and 2008 vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, the world would not know Levi Johnston. The teen father of Bristol's child, their on again, off again relationship was fodder for tabloids, as was his Playgirl layout. AP
