Cassville-- A late Wednesday tornado knocks over trees and damages a house Thursday afternoon in Cassville, Ga., April 28, 2011. I was privileged to be sent into a helicopter to fly north toward Ringgold and photograph the damage from a tornado that devastated north Georgia. This trip was very surreal as the pilot and myself were able to quickly spot the destruction. It was almost as a giant walked the earth and flattened everything in its path snapping 50-foot-tall trees like twigs. Jason Getz jgetz@ajc.com
