Atlanta --Evelyn Davis shakes hands during a receiving line of white gloved police and recruits that paid respects to each family member of a fallen officer. Davis is the mother of Officer Gregory L. Davis, shot and killed on August 26, 1988. The Atlanta Police Department held its 20th Annual Memorial Service in the City Hall Atrium.
