A motions hearing in the Jessica Colotl case arising out of the AJC story about her avoiding a criminal conviction by entering pretrial diversion. Cobb County Superior Court Judge Mary Staley asked the District Attorney and the Sheriff to appear to consider whether she should be allowed to enter pretrial diversion.
