Porky is a hammy representation of the national budget. The bailout plan has left a gaping crack in Porky's side, causing the taxpayers' hard-earned cash to spill into other financial institutions. Porky's fallen mouth parallels the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The presidential candidates offer little relief.
