Contest is open to Georgia residents only, except employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Rialto Center for the Arts, Georgia State University and immediate families of the same. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and free internet service is available at your local library. Prizes are not refundable or transferable. While supplies last.
