No purchase necessary. Contest is open to Georgia residents only, except employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc. dba The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Splash Festivals and immediate families of the same. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to play or win. Contestants must enter a valid email address and telephone number to play. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
